Is there a minimum food amount to place an order?
Yes, there is a $15.00 food minimum for Lunch or Dinner.
What is the delivery fee?
All Lunch, Dinner delivery fees are set at standard rate of $3.99 per restaurant when you place your order online & $5.99 when you place your order over the phone. Please inquire regarding your catering delivery fee.
Can I order from two different restaurants?
Yes, however there will be an additional delivery fee and a $15 food minimum* per restaurant.
What are my payment options?

Prices are subject to change without notice. NOTE: The card will be charged prior to delivery. If the card and a matching ID are not available, the food will not be delivered. Due to the increased identity theft, please understand and have your credentials ready for the driver. Business customers may choose to have their credit card on file.
How do I set up a billed account for my office?
We can fax you an application. To qualify you must spend at least $300.00 per month with us, this allows your company to be billed for your balance on a regular schedule.
Where can I get a menu?
We will mail out a menu guide, ask us through our contact us tab above.
Is everything on the delivery menu the same as in the restaurant?
Some items may not be available for delivery because of seasonal availability or due to the fact that they do not travel well.
Which restaurants can I order from?
Restaurants are available according to your zip code. Larger catering orders can be delivered outside the normal delivery zone with a food minimum of $50, depending on the area.
Happy Tummy Taxi will go to any of our partnered restaurants regardless of where you are at in the delivery area.
Can I pay extra for a restaurant not on your partnered list?
We are only able to provide meals from the current partner list.
How much should I tip my driver?
A 15% gratuity is customary. Unless specified, a 12% gratuity is included on all orders over $60.
How long does it normally take for delivery?
Most food is delivered within 45-60 minutes. Times do fluctuate based on traffic, weather, and restaurant preparation times. Please place your lunch orders as early as possible since 11:30 am - 12:30 pm time slots fill up quickly.
Please allow an extra 15 minutes for orders going to the Air Force base due to travel time and time to get onto the base.
Once my order has been placed can I cancel it?
Once a restaurant delivery order has been placed, it can not be canceled. Catering orders require a 24-hour cancellation notice.
Can I arrange a delivery for weekend days or holidays when you are normally closed?
We normally open up on the weekends at 11am, and will close for major holidays only. However, if you would like to arrange for deliveries before normal opening time or during these major holidays, please call 24 hours in advance to speak with a customer service representative about the options available.
If you need to set up a weekend day event please place your order by 2:00 pm Friday at the latest. We will also be happy to deliver on a holiday with at least one week notice. A $50 food minimum is required.
What are your hours?
Our Hours of Operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm and 11:00 am to 9:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. We are also closed on most major holidays. We encourage you to place large orders with as much advance notice as possible.
What about drinks?
We offer all Coke & Pepsi products by the 12oz. can as well as bottled spring water.
